MICKEY MOUSE WEEKLY 10/07/1954

Hard to identify these as Bellamy (beyond his mentioning them in the Dez Skinn/Dave Gibbons interview) but compare 05/06/54 and 19/06/54 against 26/06/54 (which is obviously a filler) and the listed strips.

As stated in the interview no artists' signatures were allowed except "Walt Disney"

However, Harry Fluks' website InDucks mentions Basil Reynolds as having scripted and drawn the strip except where Bellamy drew:

[4] October 25, 1954 U MMW 730 True Life Adventures: The Living Desert (? p.) 4-tier Story & script: Basil Reynolds Pencils & ink: Basil Reynolds (to 06-19-54=736), Frank Bellamy 54-05-08 (730) to 54-07-31 (742)

Is it likely that Bellamy was drawing these adventures whilst doing Monty Carstairs? These latter strips took a large part of his work at the time, therefore it seems more likely that he started "Living Desesrt" after the Monty Carstairs strip
